  4. Extra binaries which are not often needed.
  5. Texinfo --- The GNU documentation system.
  6.  
  7. The texindex binary is for sorting Texinfo indices. The port is
  8. of unknown origin. Unported sources are available from GNU sites.
  9.  
  10. Unpack on top of the TDS !TeX directory.
  11.  
  12. DO NOT unpack on top of an old !TeX directory which does not use
  13. the TDS. The directory structure has changed!.
  14.  
  15. There isn't much documentation available.
  16.  
  17. The Texinfo system is documented in texinfo.texi in
  18. texinfo.tar.gz which is on GNU sites.
  19.  
  20. The support binaries are documented in their .web sources which
  21. can be found in sources.zip
